We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, addressing inquiries and concerns, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a courteous and timely manner.
  • Assist customers with product information, orders, billing, and returns.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues and complaints.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs and escalate issues as needed.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and provide feedback to management

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
  • Previous experience in customer service or related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
