We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, addressing inquiries and concerns, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
Job Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a courteous and timely manner.
- Assist customers with product information, orders, billing, and returns.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues and complaints.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs and escalate issues as needed.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and provide feedback to management
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service or related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
